This individual will be responsible for Texas and out-of-state titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.
Essential Functions
Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states)
Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions
Complete DMV registration paperwork through Webdealer
Enter all information needed for title administration in the computer system
Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (required)
1-2 years' experience- Title work; Texas and out-of-state (required)
CDK experience (preferred)
