Job Details

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Helper to support day-to-day maintenance operations in a fast-paced automotive warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and able to assist technicians with equipment repairs, facility upkeep, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance technicians with repairs on warehouse machinery and equipment
• Perform basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Help troubleshoot issues with conveyors, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse tools
• Transport and organize tools, parts, and materials for maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance and warehouse areas
• Support installation, assembly, and disassembly of warehouse structures and equipment
• Complete basic work orders and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including lockout/tagout when required
• Experience in an automotive shop is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• Able to work in various warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise)
• Bilingual is preferred
