EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree required.

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years relevant program experience preferred.

Experience working with a diverse population.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high schools, community agencies and social services to identify recruitment opportunities

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Ability to work on a team with diverse individuals

Bilingual a plus

Self-starter and problem-solver

Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Excellent time management skills required

Knowledge of the greater Houston area and familiarity with the different school districts preferred

The Organization

Houston City College (HCC) is composed of 14 Centers of Excellence and numerous satellite centers that serve the diverse communities in the Greater Houston area by preparing individuals to live and work in an increasingly international and technological society.
