Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and review project estimates using construction estimating software.
• Utilize tools such as Prolog, ProCore, and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schematics and change orders.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Construct Connect, RedTeams, Bluebeam, etc.
• Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
