Description:

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $50-55/hr

Responsibilities:

  • As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Your day-to-day activities will include driving incident, issue, and outage management, as well as conducting investigations and restorations. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction is required. Expert proficiency in Customer Technical Support is recommended. Additionally, expert proficiency in Quality Assurance is suggested.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met effectively.
