Description:

Amerisource Business Capital is looking for an organized, energetic, self-disciplined Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a Full-Time basis. Amerisource Business Capital has provided small and middle market businesses with asset based lending, outsourced management of accounts receivable, credit support and collection functions for over 40 years. This person must be very detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, like working independently, and is okay working in a repetitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to provide support to the Portfolio Manager and Assistant Portfolio Manager by assisting in the daily flow of paperwork
  • Data entry which includes schedule entry and posting payments with meticulous attention to detail with a no room for error mentality
  • Prepare Notice of Assignment letters for new customers
  • File necessary paperwork in proper locations
  • Provide support to the portfolio team

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office setting

Pay Range: $32,000 - $35,000 per year
