Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, including business requirements gathering, conducting workshops, gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support.
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes by assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining future solutions.
- Transform detailed requirements into comprehensive systems design documents for SAP implementation.
- Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from the business unit, creating EAM solutions that align with a business-IT roadmap.
- Support business unit leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, collaborating with the EAM architect to enable business strategies, and advising clients on the impact of new technologies.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
- Offer ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
- Work independently and may mentor junior members.
Your background should include:
- 10+ years of experience in designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions.
- Experience with at least 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations.
- Experience in converting new acquisitions/mergers to current platforms.
- Familiarity with current technology implementation patterns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical peers.
- S/4 EAM and Agile Scrum experience.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
