Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of both inbound and outbound orders. This position is responsible for executing a wide range of warehouse activities for our primary clients, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality control, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute warehouse tasks to support overall business operations, ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency.
2. Receive, verify, and inspect inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
3. Perform accurate put-away of products and maintain organized, up-to-date inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
4. Handle the picking, packing, labeling, and loading of outbound orders, ensuring timely and damage-free shipments.
5. Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure zero to minimal damage.
6. Investigate shipment losses or damages by following established procedures and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and resolutions.
7. Take reasonable and proactive actions necessary to fulfill job responsibilities, provided they align with company policy and sound business judgment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with WMS and basic inventory processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move products as required
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
