Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce structural drawings under direct supervision from designers and project managers
• Pick up review redlines and complete back-checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate gridlines with architectural models
• Dimension gridlines, slab edges, and framing at all building levels
• Assist in producing near-complete documents for smaller or minor structural projects
• Support layout plans, sections, and structural details as assigned
• Maintain accuracy, drafting standards, and organized file structures
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of drafting experience (structural or architectural drafting preferred)
• Basic working knowledge of Revit (required)
• Basic understanding of structural systems (steel, concrete, wood, etc.)
• Ability to follow direction, interpret feedback, and learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy
• Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
