Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with proven expertise in end-to-end SAP implementations and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex enterprise initiatives, align technology solutions with business objectives, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Drive M&A-related IT integration, ensuring seamless system consolidation and data migration.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP implementations.
• Strong background in M&A integration projects and enterprise system consolidation.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global, multi-site project environments.
