ROMA Hired is conducting a retained and confidential executive search for a client in the oil & gas industry. Our client is poised for significant growth and is aggressively looking to grow both organically and via acquisitions. They are seeking an experienced CHRO to lead our client's HR department. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role is critical in driving the company culture, developing our workforce, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
