Position Details

Work 1-on-1 with customers “From Concept to Completion”

Consult with the customer, assess their wants/needs.

Prepare estimates and proposals.

Facilitate design/proofing.

Process work orders through production.

Coordinate surveys and installations.

Ensure timely project completion and complete customer satisfaction.

Answer phones and greet walk-in customers.

Work with current and prospective customers via email, telephone and in person.

Handle inbound sales leads, and prospect for potential new customers.

Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term repeat customers.

You will play a key role in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center!

Ideal Qualifications

2-years of consultative sales experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Driven, self-starting, outgoing, eager to learn.

Proficient in time/priority management.

Ability to sit for long periods. (4 hours or more)

Ability to view a computer screen for long periods. (4 hours or more)

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
