CONSTRUCTION LEAD SCHEDULER


Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical, mechanical, and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Construction Lead Scheduler (Electrical) in Houston, Texas.



Construction Scheduler Compensation and Benefits


Total compensation for the Construction Scheduler is $140,000 to $170,000 per year.

Construction Lead Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities

  • Bid / proposal schedules, baseline schedules, schedule updates. Analyze schedule impacts.
  • Maintain master schedules for projects tasks including preparation, updating, maintaining communication.
  • Client interface, attend construction meetings and reporting.
  • Incorporate change orders into schedule as needed.
  • Development of work around plans.
  • Interface with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
  • Prepare schedule activity status, reporting, and narrative for project management and owner. This includes verifying and managing project log schedule information.
  • Analyze the critical path to specific activities.
  • Identify variance from previous baselines.
  • Manage team of schedulers.


Construction Lead Scheduler Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling larger commercial construction projects, preferrable commercial , Industrial and hospital experience.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Proven ability to analyzing and reporting
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
