Your Impact

• Lead cost estimates for Tilt-Up, cast-in-place frames, and industrial concrete projects
• Tackle bids ranging from $5M to $30M+ across high-profile builds
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to deliver smarter, leaner proposals
• Analyze material costs, production rates, and structural specs to win work efficiently
• Influence $300 M+ in annual revenue while growing your professional footprint

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Construction Science, Civil or Structural Engineering (PE license a plus)
• 3+ years of experience ESTIMATING STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, especially Tilt-Up and cast-in-place
• Insight into load-bearing specs, spans, and height factors that impact cost
• Strong relationships in the Houston market, or open to relocating with support
