We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a fast-paced manufacturing/service center environment. This role is critical to keeping orders moving, customers informed, and operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order support
  
  
• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and on-time delivery
  
  
• Maintain customer data, pricing, part specifications, and order details in internal systems
  
  
• Manage inventory tied to assigned customers to optimize yield and availability
  
  
• Coordinate outside processing activities when required
  
  
• Handle quality issues, customer concerns, and documentation with professionalism and urgency

• Strong attention to detail and clear, confident communication skills
  
  
• Experience in customer support, order management, or a manufacturing/service center environment
  
  
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make sound decisions independently
  
  
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a structured, team-oriented setting

This position reports to the Customer Support Manager and offers the opportunity to take ownership, build strong internal and external relationships, and play a key role in daily operations.
