We're seeking a highly organized Inventory Coordinator to manage critical supplies, maintain accuracy, and support seamless hospital operations. The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the hospital remains fully stocked, organized, and prepared to deliver exceptional patient care. This position supports all departments by managing medical and non-medical supplies, optimizing stock levels, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Compensation: $20 - $24/hr, based on experience

High School Diploma, Associates Degree and or related experience/equivalency preferred
Previous inventory or supply chain experience preferred
Experience in a veterinary or medical environment
Familiarity with inventory or ordering software
Adapts positively to the ever-changing healthcare environment by supporting technology and process changes.
Ability to empathize with others and demonstrate a values-based work style is required.
Must possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills and problem-solving methods.
Must be able to work varying hours as required. On call holidays will be included per a rotation basis with supervisors/leads.
Must have basic computer skills including working knowledge office software.
Demonstrates the core values and mission statement of Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in their day-to-day activity, as well as adherence to the team agreements set per the department.
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
