Administrative Assistant II

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston Texas

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00pm

What's the Job?

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and preparing statistical reports.

Handle information requests efficiently and accurately.

Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and receiving visitors.

Arrange conference calls and coordinate scheduling of meetings.

Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in administrative support is a plus but not required.
