What You'll Do

As a CMA, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, consistent, and compassionate care. Your responsibilities include:

  • Administering routine daily medications (prescription & non-prescription)

  • Collaborating closely with nurses to support resident care

  • Following written and verbal medication administration instructions

  • Accurately recording medication dosages, times, and related documentation

  • Observing and reporting changes in resident condition

  • Gathering samples for lab analysis when needed

  • Ensuring equipment is cleaned and regularly inspected

  • Maintaining all health and safety standards

  • Responding to call lights, alarms, and intercoms to assist residents promptly

What We're Looking For

To join our team, candidates must have:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 6 months of experience as a medication aide

  • Ability to work flexible hours: evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of basic medical and pharmacological terminology
