We are currently seeking an Order Intake Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, in-office position (after 90 days of training, opportunity for a Hybrid work arrangement).
As the Order Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that client orders are accurately processed and maintained. You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure that project requests are entered, tracked, and fulfilled with precision and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
