Demi's Dog House is a boutique dog daycare, cage-free boarding, and grooming facility located between River Oaks and Midtown. We are looking for a full-time Pet Care Customer Service Rep to join our team. This position pays $14 – $18 per hour.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As a Pet Care Customer Service Rep, you will greet clients and their dogs, check them in and out, and help them with appointments for daycare, boarding, or grooming. You will answer phone calls, texts, and emails, and keep client and pet records up to date. You will also communicate with the staff over walkies to share information about the dogs and the facility. You will assist with daily tasks like cleaning, laundry, taking dogs out, leashing them for pickup, and helping in playrooms or grooming areas when needed. You will be active, hands-on, and involved in different parts of the business while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM PET CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP?
Schedule: This full-time position is flexible, and part-time hours of around 30 per week are also possible. Shifts vary within our business hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends. Weekday shifts include mornings (6:45 a.m.–1:30 p.m.), afternoons (1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.), or a double shift (6:45 a.m.–11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.). Some weekends and holidays will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
Requirements:
Some college, an associate's or bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license are preferred (for occasional pet transport in emergencies).
