We are searching for a guest services representative. Someone who will deliver exceptional customer service and enhance patient and family experience within a comprehensive guest services program that helps meet the unique needs of patients and families at Texas Children's Hospital, to include providing directions and wayfinding, transportation and lodging assistance, as well as patient and family programming. Think you've got what it takes? Qualifications:H. S. Diploma or equivalent required 1 year Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting required. Responsibilities:Serves as central point of contact delivery timely and relevant information and services. Provides families with knowledge of parking options, lodging, and local resources as needed over the phone and at welcome desks.
