About the role

We're seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you'll handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products while assisting with various warehouse tasks. You'll begin as a key contributor on our team, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead position as Sway continues to expand.

What you'll do

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items
• Process, sort, and accurately label packages
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate operational updates and needs to the HQ team
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers for pickups and deliveries
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
