Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Assembler to join one of our manufacturing teams in Conroe, TX. This role is responsible for assembling components and finished products according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components using hand tools and power toolsFollow written work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagramsInspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracyMeet daily production goals while maintaining safety standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisionRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred6 months 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)Ability to use basic hand toolsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 40 lbsStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable attendance and punctualityPreferred SkillsPrevious experience in mechanical or production assemblyExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic mechanical aptitude
