Honeywell LNG is a leading provider of natural gas liquefaction technology and equipment. To maintain this leading position, the LNG business relies heavily on LNG start-up and field support expertise. An exciting opportunity is now open for a Field Services Engineer to support this growth market both domestically in North America and internationally. The position is for an experienced person with an extensive breadth of skills including field and safety responsibility with the ability to effectively communicate with the home office and with our customers. Expected travel could be as high as 70% with a combination of field work and engineering project development in offices in some of the great cities of the world including London, Paris, Houston, Rome, Milan, and Yokohama. Countries with LNG production sites which we support are in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Qatar, UAE, Mexico, Canada, USA, Mozambique and Algeria. As this posting is for a Lead Project Engineering role, it is expected that the candidate will have significant field experience and knowledge to skillfully interact with front end engineering development and operations staff. This role requires the ability to speak with strong engineering fundamentals. It is expected that this person will identify sales opportunities which they must convey back to the commercial team. LNG Field Service Engineering responsibilities are split between field and office activities.
