Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Assisted Living/Memory Care
* Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
* Starting Pay: From $27/hour (based on experience and certifications)
What You'll Do:
* Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
* Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
* Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
* Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
What You'll Need:
* A current LVN license valid in the state of Texas.
