What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)



  • Assist the Property Manager(s) with management tasks for assigned properties, including tenant relations and collections

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and accounts payables

  • Act as a liaison between tenants and building staff to ensure a positive property experience

  • Utilize technology and data to enhance property management efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with all employer processes and procedures


What is Required (Qualifications)



  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team, preferably in retail

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with property management financials and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
