Grinder/Production

Ensures timely delivery of materials throughout the plant in order to meet production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding machines and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Deburr, smooth, and finish metal or plastic components to meet quality standards
• Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools as required
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or schematics
• Assist with production line tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1+ year of grinding or production experience preferred
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Work overtime as required
