STAFF CUSTODIAN:

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Staff Custodian to maintain the overall cleanliness of our offices and shop area. Highlights and responsibilities of this newly developed position include:

General Cleaning:

• Cleaning high-touch points on doors.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting furniture.
• Removing trash.
• Wiping down counter tops in kitchen and coffee bar areas.

Restroom Sanitation:

• Cleaning toilets, sinks and mirrors.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.

Shop Cleaning:

• Surface cleaning of machines.
• Maintaining hand washing stations.

To be successful in this position you must possess the following Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior work experience in the custodial field.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like bending, lifting, and pushing cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Basic cleaning knowledge and ability to use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Enjoy the flexibility of a 32-hour work week.
• Compensation based on level of experience.
