Customer Service Representative

Temp, possible temp to hire

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Duties:

• Assist customers on a daily basis, inbound calls and emails.
• Engage in all functions related to monthly utility billing using, including data entry and editing system generated reports for accuracy.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, process past due notices, process billing and fines as related to utility billing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
• Minimum required high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Utility experience a plus
