A locally owned and operated GC/masonry and concrete contractor serving the greater Pittsburgh area. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, who specialize in residential and commercial projects involving concrete, masonry, and stonework.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and estimating, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
- Assist with bid preparation and project scheduling
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in concrete estimating or a related construction field
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and construction practices
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
