Credence Fine Dining Dishwasher

Sidebar, an exclusive reservation only speakeasy-style cocktail bar draws inspiration from the early-1900s Texas oil boom and will be discreetly connected to Credence. Position Summary: The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a safe and professional work environment while washing all dishware, cleaning the parking lot & dining areas, and helping out wherever needed. Our dishwashers promote an excellent guest experience while upholding our cleanliness & service standards as they perform their duties. Our Dishwashers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of maintaining the Levi Goode Brand's high sanitation standards. You keep your workstation clean and sanitary at all times, because you know it is a direct reflection on you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown of dish room
• Assisting with parking lot and dining area cleaning
• Stocking of all food items and paper goods that arrive from our vendors
• Assisting in stocking and restocking of all beer and ice in beer coolers
• Assisting in removal of all trash as needed throughout the shift
• Help to stock wood safely and efficiently
• Communicate any maintenance issues to managers as soon as noticed
• Present a professional and clean appearance at all times
• Communicate any needs to management needed to be able to perform the job as expected

Qualifications:

• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers.
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Able to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certified
