Student Part-Time Helpers @ Maintenance Department

Primary Purpose:

To ensure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department in carrying out assignments in the district.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Work site: Maintenance Department/Various Alief ISD Locations
• Will perform general maintenance duties including cleaning, painting, grounds and maintenance
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Assist other personnel as needed
• Perform all other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor
• Report to the Assistant Director of Maintenance & Operations

Work Conditions:
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Works with frequent interruptions.
• Preparation of materials may involve the packing moving and lifting of equipment and supplies.
• Continuous walking, standing, lifting.

Pay:
• High School Student: $15.00 per hour

Work Schedule
• 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

Part-Time Summer/Seasonal

Start Date: January 2026

End Date: May 2026
