Pay Rate Range: $60 - $100 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects related to nuclear control systems.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and performance in alignment with approved baselines and objectives.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and installation teams.
• Oversee earned value planning and reporting, cost/schedule control, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, regulatory, and operations groups to meet technical and compliance goals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management within the nuclear or energy sector.
• Direct experience with design, testing, manufacturing, or installation of nuclear power plant control systems.
• Strong understanding of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) designs.
• Proven application of PMI methodologies and Earned Value Management Systems (ANSI EIA-748-C).
• Working knowledge of nuclear regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Eligible to work under U.S. Department of Energy export control requirements (10 CFR Part 810).
