Job Summary

Serves as a liaison for Hendrick Medical Supply; new and existing patients; and all referral sources by providing/researching insurance coverage and payment information; also receives and coordinates all referrals.

• Minimum Education: High School or equivalent
• Minimum Work Experience: 1 years
• Required Licenses/Certifications
• Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
• Compose letters/memoranda.
• Input data into computer programs.
• Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Research Information.
• Bilingual
• On call schedule may be required.
• Designated Driver: No
• OSHA Category: 2 - Medium Risk
