The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of both inbound and outbound orders. This position is responsible for executing a wide range of warehouse activities for our primary clients, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality control, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute warehouse tasks to support overall business operations, ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency.
* Receive, verify, and inspect inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Perform accurate put-away of products and maintain organized, up-to-date inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Handle the picking, packing, labeling, and loading of outbound orders, ensuring timely and damage-free shipments.
* Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure zero to minimal damage.
* Investigate shipment losses or damages by following established procedures and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and resolutions.
* Take reasonable and proactive actions necessary to fulfill job responsibilities, provided they align with company policy and sound business judgment.
Qualifications:
* Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role preferred
* Familiarity with WMS and basic inventory processes
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move products as required
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
