We have an outstanding Contract position for aCall Center Service Representativeto join a leading Company located inHouston, TX.
**Work location 100% Onsite**
Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00
Job Responsibilities:
+ Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
+ Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
+ Perform returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
+ Use of the Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation.
+ Receive product orders and process for shipment.
+ Provide international customer service at times, and in such events, work a flexible schedule.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
+ Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ High School or equivalent
+ Must have At least 1 year of Call Center experience experience.
+ Must be able to type 35 WPM
+ Must be able to work onsite
+ Must be reliable and punctual
+ Must have flexible availability
