I am hiring experienced Residential Cleaners in Houston, Texas to join a growing cleaning service as independent 1099 contractors. This role is ideal for professional cleaners who already work on their own and are looking to add steady weekly jobs.
You will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services in residential homes, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleaning. Cleaners must arrive on time, bring their own professional cleaning equipment and supplies, and follow job checklists to ensure consistent results.
To qualify, you must have a reliable car, your own cleaning equipment, and at least one year of paid residential cleaning experience. You must also be authorized to work in the US, have insurance, and be willing to complete a background check. A smartphone with a data plan is required for scheduling and job updates.
Pay averages $20 to $30 per hour based on the job and the company's 60/40 split. Most cleaners start with 2 to 3 jobs weekly, with more available based on performance and availability.
Service areas include Harris County and Montgomery County.
