Service Technician

Pay range: $20-22/hour

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:


• HVAC, painting, plumbing,
• Pool maintenance, grounds
• Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.


• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver's License
