Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in reflecting our company's professional image. This position requires not only excellent communication and interpersonal skills but also a proactive attitude and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors promptly and courteously.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage and coordinate scheduling, including appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and lobby.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• A positive attitude with a friendly demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
