Key Responsibilities:

• Trial Preparation & Representation: Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including motions and court appearances, while representing clients in legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances.
• Skills: Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Education & Licensing: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to the Texas state bar and in good standing.
