The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture and objectives./ppKey Responsibilities and Activities/pulliPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions./liliSource potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals./liliScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications./liliCoordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communication./liliManage the offer process including negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination./liliMaintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) records./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience./liliMonitor and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)./liliStay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices./li/ul/div
