CABIN SERVICES SUPERVISOR - JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides positive leadership and ensures Aircraft Appearance delivers legendary Customer Service to both internal and external Customers.

Provides overall supervision, performance management, training, and support of assigned Aircraft Cabin Cleaning personnel.

Has oversight of all Aircraft Appearance operations on shift

WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTENT:

• Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.
• Overall supervision of all Aircraft Cabin Service Agents on duty.
• Ensures workplace safety and that all OSHA and HAZMAT requirements are met.
• Ensures compliance with all TSA security requirements.
• Monitors productivity and labor hour requirements.
• Ensure the collective bargaining agreement is followed (if applicable).
• Requests, assigns, and approves overtime.
• Ensures compliance of Aircraft Appearance program and task card requirements.
• Personally monitor, inspect and approve the completed work of aircraft exterior and interior cleaning performed on shift.
• Monitor Lead Appearance Technician assignments of personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of work accomplished each shift and provide turnover report.
• Assure the Hangar and Line facilities are clean before the end of the shift.
• Monitors and orders cleaning supplies and notify the Manager of Aircraft Appearance of any needs.
• Monitor sick leave and leaves of absence of all Cabin Service Agents and take appropriate action, including discipline when necessary.
• Ensures Aircraft is compliant with proper cleaning and security search procedures/policies and documentations.
• Personally conducts quality audits on Aircraft Cleaning Vendor and submits results to both SWA and Vendor Leadership (Whip-Around).
• Maintains and ensures USDA Logs are maintained and that Huntleigh is meeting all aspects of the RGA.
