Participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A and Project Finance Advisory (PFA) deals
Develop detailed financial models to perform valuation exercises (DCF, FCFE, DDM, transaction multiple analysis, etc.), Fairness Opinions, and capital structure analyses (Acquisition Finance, maximum debt capacity, debt structure alternatives etc.)
Assist in the preparation of pitching materials and transaction documentation (including teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, process letter, internal presentations, and market debt sounding materials, among others)
Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange
Interact with clients both during the origination and execution of M&A and PFA deals
Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to help originating new deals, identify potential targets and understand industry trends
Responsible for drafting marketing materials (pitches) and deal materials (IMs, Teasers, Board presentations, capital structure presentations, etc.)
Collaborate with other CIB teams to promote cross-selling of products and ensure smooth deal execution
Actively participate in the training of analysts
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or Engineering. MBA qualifications will be valued, but not a must to have
A minimum of 4 - 6 years of M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique
Strong financial modeling, valuation, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
Bilingual: English and Spanish required

SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 are required or must be obtained within six months of employment

The expected base salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
