Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with lender instructions, title requirements, company protocols, and other written guidelines.
• Coordinate with lenders to balance, schedule, and compile all necessary closing documents, including title packages.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless integration of workflows to achieve closing objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and solve uncommon issues that may arise, using established procedures or precedents.
• Communicate and explain complex information, including the interdependencies between teams, to ensure clarity and collaboration across the organization.
• Manage time effectively under minimal supervision to meet deadlines and complete tasks related to lender-driven workflows.
• Serve as an individual contributor, providing guidance and acting as a resource for less experienced team members, without supervisory duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
