Summary: Committed to the cleanliness, storage, and condition of alldishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Ensures the kitchen and prep areasare clean, free of clutter and safe.

Responsibilities include but are notlimited to the following:

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure compliance of all policies and Code of Conduct as specified in the Employee Playbook.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing a clean uniform
• Committed to a clean and organized area.
• Ability to take initiative and work without close supervision, staying productive during shift
• Operates dish-washing equipment to ensure that all china, glass and silver are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized.
• Replace all clean china, glass and silver in its proper storage location using care to minimize breakage.
• Wash pots, pans and kitchen utensils following proper procedure for their cleanliness and sanitation, storing them in the proper location.
• Handles cleaning materials and chemicals safely
• Willing to assist other other team members as needed
• Demonstrates a helpful and warm attitude when encountered with guests.
• Be able to follow emergency procedures
• Promoting safety by being alert to observe, correct and report any safety hazards immediately
• Clean and maintain the appearance of the kitchen, staff restrooms, including removing debris or trash from ground if found
• Maintain the cleanliness of the back dock and dumpster area.
• Report all maintenance issues in back of house areas.
• Remove trash and recycled materials throughout shift
• Assist with other duties as needed and requested
