Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Morgan Cemetery Rd in Cleveland, United States. We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide exceptional phone-based support to our clients during sensitive times.
* Answer incoming calls professionally and empathetically, addressing client inquiries and concerns
* Provide information about cemetery services, plots, and memorial options
* Schedule appointments for on-site visits and consultations
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update database information
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
* Handle sensitive situations with tact and compassion
* Assist in general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
* Strong customer service orientation and empathy
* Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
* Problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Patience and emotional resilience when dealing with sensitive situations
* Knowledge of or willingness to learn about cemetery services and options
