Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Lead Data Analyst/Power BI Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Data Analyst/Power BI Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Houston, Texas (On-site required; Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) Pay Range: $60-$65/hr
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Integrate AI models and machine learning outputs into BI solutions to enhance insights. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to optimize data strategies. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting platforms while translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as Azure ML, Python, or R. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cloud platforms like Azure.
