The Land Scanner is responsible for processing and digitizing physical land-related documents received through mail and interdepartmental delivery. This position focuses on preparing, scanning, and performing quality assurance of digital files to ensure accuracy and accessibility within the Land Services document system. Responsibilities Receive and organize physical documents from mail and internal delivery. Prepare, label, and scan documents into the company's electronic content management system. Conduct quality checks to confirm clarity, legibility, and file completeness. Maintain document logs and ensure timely routing to Land Services personnel.
