Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager, located in Houston, TX. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the pharmacy's operations, manage pharmacy technicians, and ensure the proper handling and dispensing of prescriptions. Responsibilities include immunization services, maintaining compliance with pharmacy practice standards, and ensuring excellent patient care. The Pharmacy Manager will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.


Qualifications



  • Experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and managing Pharmacy Technicians

  • Proficiency in handling and dispensing Prescriptions

  • Skills in providing Immunization services

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or related field

  • Experience in a managerial role is a plus

  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development
