Here's what you should bring:

• Must be familiar with traffic patterns and getting around in the territory – this is an outside sales role.
• Two+ years' sales experience with the majority being in an outside sales hunter role.
• Willingness to set in-person appointments and meet with potential customers more than 3 days a week.
• Understanding of managing a sales pipeline and can maintain the number of calls, appointments and business closings to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Forecasts based on current pipeline activity and consistently achieves activity levels to hit/exceed goals.
• Thrives working in an active environment, adapting to change and managing multiple priorities.
• Developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic time management skills.
• Patience and willingness to keep activity high with a lengthy sales cycle (You will be paid a monthly stipend for 12 months when you start to give you time to ramp up.)
• Bachelor's Degree or other evidence you can set/achieve goals.
• Work from a continuous improvement mindset.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record throughout employment.
